Coach Louisa is devoted to fitness, holding exercise and personal training certifications as well as studying Physical Education in College. She was a Competitive Team gymnast in the North West of England,where she went on to begin her gymnastic coaching career. Louisa continued participating in gymnastics throughout her collegiate studies.

Since moving to the United States, Louisa has worked as a YMCA Gymnastics Coach, Swim Coach, taught fitness classes and instructed personal training clients. She is excited to continue coaching gymnasts at VEGA, and gets a kick out of the unique, lively athletes we are privileged to coach. In her spare time, you might find her with her family and dog, eating chocolate, horse riding, hiking, swimming and traveling.
