Men’s Development Program

USAG Men’s Team
VEGA has a history of having strong, successful Men’s Teams. In recent years, the VEGA Men’s Team was named the Washington State best men’s small gymnastics program, headed by coach of the year, Zdravko Stoianov. Home grown gymnasts from VEGA have competed at the national level, and moved on to collegiate gymnastics, including Westpoint, Arizona State University, and the University of Hawaii. Headed by world class coach Zdravko Stoianov, this team will continue to nurture men that are champions on the mat and of the heart.

Men’s Development Program Overview

The Men’s Development Program provides training and competitive opportunities for beginner to elite gymnasts from ages 5 to 18. The Development Program is organized into 10 different levels of training or competition. Each level has multiple age groups and opportunities for participation and competition. Competition is carried out at the local, state, regional and national levels through USA Gymnastics sanctioned invitational meets and championship level meets. For Levels 9 and 10, the season culminates at the Men’s Junior Olympic National Championships held in May each year.
