Our Classes
For the recreational student, classes begin with our parent participation class, Pluto, and continues through classes for Middle and High schoolers. VEGA offers traditional Gymnastics, Tumbling and Trampoline classes, Tumbling Clinics, PNO, Open Gym and Birthday Parties. VEGA’s spectacular Summer Camps run at capacity all summer long.

Landing methods on vault
Bars time will center around pullovers, back hip circles and casts.
On beam your athlete will work on rolls, half turns and leaps.
Moving to floor, athletes will work back handspring drills, back walkovers and round-offs.
Tumbling & Trampoline ($78.00)

Class Includes:
Once students reach the age of 6, many students opt for our T&T classes. Here, athletes participate in tumbling and trampoline drills and skill development as well as continued focus on strength and flexibility. Classes are designed for varying skill levels, from beginning, intermediate, to advanced.
High School / Middle School ($117.00)

Sensory Friendly Family Gym
Class Includes:
A quiet, safe, inclusive space for participants and their families to explore the gym on their own terms.
For children and teens who are autistic or have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
